Device & Technical Issues
699jl runs smoothly on any modern device — Android smartphones, iPhones, iPads, tablets, laptops, or desktops. There's no need to download a separate app; the site works fully through a browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari). For the best experience on mobile, use the latest version of your browser.
If the page is loading slowly, start by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. In Chrome, you can do this from Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or try a different browser. WiFi generally gives better performance than mobile data.
When your connection is restored and you log back in, an ongoing game session will generally resume from where it left off. In slot or live table games, if a round was completed before the connection dropped, the result is saved. If you have any doubt about the outcome of a bet, ask support chat to show your game history.
On Android, open 699jl in Chrome, tap the menu icon, and select "Add to Home screen." On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the Share button at the bottom, and choose "Add to Home Screen." After that, you can access the site directly via an icon on your home screen, just like an app.
Live Casino
In live roulette, a wheel contains numbers from 0 to 36. You can place bets on a specific number, a color (red/black), odd/even numbers, or groups of numbers. The dealer spins the ball; whichever pocket it lands in is the winner. 699jl's live roulette is broadcast directly from Evolution Gaming's studio.
Each live table has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is shown in the table's information section before you start playing. Limits vary between tables, so you should choose a table that fits your budget. For new players, it's a good idea to pick a table with comparatively lower limits.
Teen Patti is a popular card game from South Asia where you build the best hand using three cards. Andar Bahar is simpler — a joker card is placed, then cards are dealt alternately into two piles; you have to predict which pile will receive the matching card first. Ezugi provides live versions of both games.
In baccarat, you place a bet on one of three outcomes: Player, Banker, or Tie. The hand whose total value is closest to 9 wins. If a hand's total exceeds 10, the tens digit is dropped. The Banker bet carries a small commission but is historically considered the more successful option.
Yes, 699jl's live casino is fully optimized for mobile. Placing bets on a touchscreen, chatting with the dealer, and watching the video stream all work smoothly. On a stable internet connection, video quality adjusts automatically, so the game keeps running even on slower networks.
Account Verification
For account verification at 699jl, a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving license is accepted. You will need to upload clear photos of both sides of the document. If the images are blurry or partially cut off, verification may be delayed, so take photos in good lighting.

Absolutely. The name registered on your 699jl account must match the name on your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. If the names don't match, your withdrawal request may be rejected. So when registering, make sure to enter the exact name used on your mobile wallet.
BPL & International Matches
Yes, 699jl allows betting on BPL, the T20 World Cup, IPL, and various other international cricket tournaments. Matches featuring the Bangladesh Tigers generate the most interest among Bangladeshi players. Visit the 699jl cricket page to see specific teams and events.
The 699jl cricket section offers markets for match winner, top run scorer, top wicket taker, over of first wicket, toss result, and over/under runs. For example, in a hypothetical Bangladesh vs India match, you could bet on the "Bangladesh total over 150 runs" market.
If a match is abandoned due to rain or officially declared No Result, most bets on that match are cancelled and the original stake is refunded. However, certain specific markets — such as toss winner or bets on the first few overs — may be settled separately. Check the terms of the relevant market before betting to know the specific rules.
699jl supports in-play or live betting while a match is in progress. Odds change according to how the match is going. Live betting gives you the chance to make quick decisions — such as how many runs will be scored in the next over or how many balls until the next wicket falls. A stable internet connection gives you the best experience.
Decimal odds such as 2.50 mean that if you bet ৳1, you get back a total of ৳2.50 — meaning your profit is ৳1.50. Simple formula: total return = stake × odds. The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning but the greater the reward. Odds below 1.0 are never offered.
